I’ve used Custom Cut for windows, doors and screens since 2020, when I purchased a fixer upper. Jess is always responsive, timely and fair. He is a great guy and I couldn’t ask for better!
We were glad to find Custom Cut Glass & Mirror. They were responsive and efficient, and did a great job fixing a broken upstairs window for us. This is the opposite of our experience with other firms. We’re hoping to hire them for set glass work next.
I’d give Custom Cut Glass and Mirror 10 stars if I could. Jesse and his team are amazing individuals. After calling many places to get a quote on a piece of glass for my kitchen table with no answer I took the chance in leaving Jesse a voicemail after hours and to my surprise I got a response within minutes!! Quality of workmanship is fantastic. The staff’s desire, in fact insistence to not leave until the doors were adjusted perfectly was impressive. They are very friendly and detail oriented. We were blessed to find Custom Cut Glass & Mirror.
Had a mirrored medicine cabinet get tgise yucky black spots in the edges. Found Cudtim Cut Glass & Mirror, and they did a fabulous job replacing the one with a problem and matching to the other ine that was still good. Highly recommend.
