UPDATE! PERSON I SPOKE WITH CAME DOWN WITH THE FLU! POOR THING! Disappointing customer service. I called and was told to text pictures of my project with name and number. I received no reply. The next morning I called and got no answer. I texted to confirm receipt of my pictures and info. No reply. 3 hours later, I texted again. No reply.
We found Jesse from Custom Cut Glass and Mirror while we were looking for an extra large mirror for our personal remodel. Being new to the area at the time we were shocked that every company we called either didn’t pick up at all or didn’t call back. Jesse not only answered the phone, but was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. We’ve used him another time since then and from communication to install, everything goes smoothly. We appreciate his quality and integrity and highly recommend his company!
Dealing with Jessie was a real pleasure. I had a broken mirror in my curio cabinet, he came out and measured it and the work was completed in a week, good as new.
Jessie was so easy to work with and completed the work in a timely and professional way.
