Always the fastest and great service and quality.
Had a crate built by them for a coffee table we made. The table was damaged during transit due to them not packing it well. Owner Scott Janello promised a refund only, didn't offer any help with the damage, and still haven't received a refund after numerous emails and calls. Very disappointed with their service.
Had them pick-up an fragile equipment, crate and ship to us in Puerto Rico and it was flawless. Very well built crate, equipment was secured and was received in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Scott!
