Mr. M...I am sorry that you were misled and told that you were purchasing directly from Custom Crafted Construction. Actually, including the original investor, you are the third owner in just a little over a year. When we complete a home, we walk through the home with the original owner before closing to address any punch list items as stated in our warranty. Stay far away! We bought a new build cabin from CCC and have had nothing but issue after issue with it in the first 3 month. This home has been such a stress and expense and after talking with other owners and workmen in the area it seems this is a common tale. I just wish someone had warned us, so I'm hoping to do that for other buyers.
