I purchased a knife for my son for Christmas. I received an empty box with a receipt for $149.77. I called and spoke to the owner. She said she would file a claim with the postal service. When I asked what I was suppose to do about my son’s Christmas present, she said there was nothing she could do about it. I live in Greece and I really wanted a Stetson Seneca which you can’t find in Europe! I was lucky to find “Custom cowboy shop” as they are official retailers of Stetson hats and they ship to Greece! Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making this happen!

Teach your girls not to rag on other girls fashion choices while working in a shop that sells a lot of western fashion pieces. Had to hear both of them make fun of NFR fashion and other women in this industry for 15 minutes straight while my husband shopped. It’s not a good look to tear down other women period, but in your place of work? At a literal western fashion store, ragging on western fashion? Tacky.
