Horrible experience. Got my order wrong by not putting grooves in to dry dishes. Cancelled 4 times before he showed up. Kept telling me he was sorry for cancelling so he would take money off bill. When I told him how much it should be with deductions Steve got upset and said, great! I’m not making any money now! When I told him that he is the one who said it, Steve said, that’s not what I meant. Told me when he showed up that he would be done around 3:30.
