Mike came out to investigate a problem with our gutters not draining properly underground. We discovered major collapsed drainage tiles. Mike provided an alternative to digging up our back paver patio. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price.
Mike saved the night. I contacted him around 8pm tonight (a Sunday night) after explaining that the water pipe busted under the sink, which resulted in us having to shut the water off in our home. he said he'd be able to fix it and he was here within about 45 minutes and fixed the issue, allowing us to have our water back on!! Extremely reasonably priced and very personable. I would absolutely recommend custom contracting solutions!! We will definitely be reaching out again to complete a few other projects in our home!!
Whatever you do, do not use this man Mike Messmore for anything, he scammed my wife and I out of $5000. He was suppose to do a bathroom remodel for us however he never did the plumbing under the floor and laid everything overtop also cut all of the copper pipe out he could find and stole that as well. When he gets the money him and his wife Brandy just disappear they are both in it together. They planned it all along to scam us.
