I purchased a home within the last year in Savannah and unfortunately didn't stand over the person who inspected it, nor did I understand that I have to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. The renovation was half done. There are/were so many things that weren't done correctly & I didn't know Georgia is a buyer beware state. Lesson learned.
