Save yourself a hassle. Jared is not responsible. He took money from me upfront for a walk in shower/bath job. He either cancelled appointments or late at least five times in three weeks. Lazy and not motivated. The final cancellation was the last straw. I have filed complaint with BBB and plan on contacting the state of Tennessee.
