RecommendedI recently purchased a used 2016 EZGO TXT from them. They went out of there way to be helpful from the guys in the shop to the office staff. They all came out and helped me load it on to my trailer. They were all very professional and helpful. If you are in need of a golf cart, repairs or parts, I highly recommend them.

Custom Concepts has been great! Alabama Power Service Organization purchased a great used cart from them for the Home of Grace facility a few years ago. As part of that donation, we committed to maintain the cart for life. Recently a leaky tire needed attention and Custom Concepts swapped us out a wheel and tire and wouldn’t take payment. Just wanted to let them and everyone else know how much this small act is appreciated by Plant Barry APSO chapter and the ladies of Home of Grace!
good carts and good customer service too
Don delivered our cart as promised. We bought the cart based off of talking with Don and pictures and did not actually see the cart until delivery. Their prices are among the best we could find. I have to say the cart was beyond our expectations. They do a first class job of repainting and cleaning up the carts - our cart looked new and they used quality accessories.
