This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. I brought my BMW to Custom Concepts for what was supposed to be a one-week turbo repair. Eight months later, the vehicle still was not repaired and had to be towed to another mechanic. The car was fully drivable when I dropped it off, but according to the mechanic who later inspected it, the engine had been severely damaged and the vehicle was left in far worse condition than when it arrived. My experience with Custom Concepts Automotive has been one of the most frustrating and financially damaging situations I have ever encountered with a repair shop. I hired them to install an engine in my 2013 BMW with the clear expectation that the vehicle would be restored to proper working condition. Instead, they installed a 2014 engine, and from the moment I got the car back, it has never run properly. I went to Firestone they could not give me a tire alignment Because of an accident, I came To custom concept, they gave me a Tire alignment with a fair price and was able to do it for me
