I didn't have a problem here. First place I took my computer said the problem was something pricey that didn't seem to be the problem. Stopped here and was told something completely different was the problem (and much cheaper.) Had my perfectly fine laptop back two days later, all fixed.

Terrible customer service! I dropped a firestick off to be uploaded, with the guarantee it would be ready next day. The following afternoon, I called and the gentleman said that the owner hadnt came in to program it and it would be ready the next day. I call again the following day, the same gentleman said the owner was on his way to the store and it would be ready that day.
