Custom Complete Automotive was speedy and friendly! – I brought in my car because it was making a strange noise when I would start it in the morning. It turned out to be the starter. The staff at Custom was friendly, and got me a warrantied part that could be replaced anywhere. In no time, I was back on the road without breaking my pocket book. Thanks guys!
Rip off Company! – These guys are the worst! You might as well be dealing with a slimmy used car salesman than these guys! They will jack all the prices up! I checked with 2 other car repair shops in town on the same service they qouted and got the lower price right off the bat...They will tell you that you need repairs that you dont..... Just dont settle with them save your self the time and go elsewhere. These guys are con artists and will work you for every penny they can!
Would NOT reccomend – Warning: If you have a foreign car stay away. They kept my car for two days and didn't even touch it. They claimed they were waiting on their "foreign specialist" to come take a look at it. Well this mystery man never came and they barely offered me an apology for such a horrificly long wait, without any results. My car left in the EXACT condition it arrived in. really helpful service – we were towed to custom when our car broke down way outside of columbia. the towtruck driver said a lot of his customers had really reported honest, quick service. we had a great experience, and they went above and beyond to help us.
