Albert said I needed new tie rods on my odyssey.My plates were due so after having it inspected at a different shop,they told me only one was bad enough to fail inspection. So that shop replaced it.When I took it back to Custom to replace the others(I wanted to get all my front end work done before I bought new tires),they replaced 2 bad ones plus the new one that the other shop just put on 2 weeks earlier!.I didnt catch their mistake for 2 weeks so by the time I brought it back, they had thrown away the tie rod. Going to give a HUGE shout-out to Dave Cunningham and his mechanics at the Business Loop location for their service. Dave's business philosophy is centered around transparency and honesty and his mechanics follow the same philosophy. They will physically bring you into the shop under the lift and show you what needs to be done to your car if something needs to be repaired. I will definitely take my car here from now on. They have new management and staff. They were very eager and went out of their way to help me run down a problem I had with my car's brakes for over a year. After getting new pads and adjustments the noise was still there. I brought it back 2 more times.... they worked on it and finally got it fixed, after two other places I took it to couldn't even figure out what was wrong and wanted to charge me "diagnostic fees" to figure it out.. Worst rip off ever! Went in for a state auto inspection and left paying almost $100 for labor and parts for windshield wipers. These guys get you coming and going! BEWARE. If I could give less than a star, I would.

Do not take your car here. Waited there 5 hours. Car was worse than when I went in. Had to pay anyway. They are Not mean they just do not know what they are doing.
