I called for possible service and an annual service contract, but no return call was made.
We were referred to Custom Comfort by a friend and we are so thankful! We requested a second opinion on what we thought was a replacement of our whole HVAC system. (As diagnosed by a "big" company) We are so grateful for the peace of mind Tom was able to provide during his visit to our home! He was very knowledgeable and reassuring as well as transparent in his diagnosis! Grateful we don't need a new system and we will only call Custom Comfort for our needs from here on out! These guys are great. First thing that counts is the quality of the units they install. All name brands with good warranties. Second most important is the Service they provide after the sale. The 1st unit they installed must have been a factory dud. It was giving all kind of communication errors and would randomly stop cooling. They were quick to respond at every problem that popped up.
