Devin Gilbert is an excellent technical person, he really taken care of us very well professionally. He is very dedicated technical man and we would like to request Custom Comfort Air Management that we want him to service our A/C system for future appointments.
Devin Gilbert did an AC tune-up and discovered some deficiency in our aging system. His work was thorough and he presented options from a conservative approach but with honesty.
I would totally recommend Custom Comfort Air. They are the A/C company that go to for all my cooling & heating needs. They installed my unit several years ago and have performed all the maintenance check ups and repairs. To be able to get a weekend appt is amazing. Devin Gilbert, the technician who came today was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He took the time to explain everything in terms that I could easily understand. I appreciate the excellent service.
Mr. Devlin was on time, knowledgeable and identified the failed component with in 10 minutes. He replaced it and had the unit back in operations quickly I was very satisfied with his work and request that he be sent to us for any future service callls.
