I had my bmw repaired at custom collision,my ins co. paid them directly.This was the best experience i have ever had with a body shop.My vehicle looks amazing,can not tell it was ever wrecked
They did a awesome job everything looks like new
Mrs. Crooks is not telling the truth in her statement. Her daughter dropped her car off for repairs, signed the authorization and was placed in a rental. The next day the mother shows up and we had already done a tear down to write the estimate. They found out they would have to pay a $1000.00 deductible and wanted to take it to another shop to save money. There was a two hour tear down owed but the insurance would pay.
Dont walk away from this place RUN! They were suppose to estimate and photo my car after an accident and never did that but tried to run me up a bill and yelled at me when I came to get my car back!
