What a fantastic experience! From the design, through ordering, and the quick turnaround around. The workers were all very professional, courteous, well mannered. Did there job with no fuss, got here on time, worked continuously all day, finished the job, cleaned up and headed home. If you’re considering a redo, give Custom Closets a try. I’ll be using them again..
We moved into our house and the main walk-in closet collapsed. I found Custom Closets of Houston and contacted them. I got a call and a text promptly. We arrange the day for Stephanie to come see the closet and immediately she understood what I wanted and needed. Next day we had the zoom call for the closet reveal. We had the virtual plan and I got pictures of what it would look like. I got racks to put my clothes while waiting on the installation. I love the final product! Exactly what i wanted and it was done really well.
Custom Closets took at builders grade closet and made it glamourous. The quality is superb. CC also added cabinetry in my laundry room as well as my bathroom toilet area. Beautiful work and very respectful and professional team doing the demolition as well as installation. Highly recommend!
We worked with Stephanie and she was amazing! Replied to my initial email within hours, came to our house within the next 1-2 days and got us a design asap. Once we decided on design she had us scheduled within 2 weeks and her crew was in/out in 2 days (1 day demo and 1 day install). The product turned out amazing and we would highly recommend and will likely use her again down the road for other closets. We can’t thank her and her team enough and are extremely happy with the end product!
Custom Closets did a fantastic job with our closet. Michelle, the designer, really listened to our needs and then provided us with the most beautiful closet. Their install team was excellent. They were all very friendly and took such care to ensure the closet was just right. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
