We had work done on our HVAC in February and was quite costly. We were promised a deferred rate to finance of 12-18 months and Custom Climate put the charge through as 6 months. I have been trying to get this resolved a month and nothing has been done. I was told by the company they were in contact with the finance company and was working on it. I just called them and they have NOT received ANY calls from them. What a rip off!! Do business with another company!!
they can improve by being honest
They replaced our air handler a little over a year ago. The installer did not properly protect the wires from the sharp metal edge in the air handler. The wires insulation was cut through by the sharp edges, causing a short that blew our thermostat. We replaced the thermostat only to have the new one also blow. We called them and the technician diagnosed the problem and charged us a $79 dollar diagnostic fee plus we have to pay for yet another thermostat. Custom Climate Con. is exactly that....THIEVES! Robbed me for 3,058$. Put H straps and platform, then charged me with 34% credit card. They are banned from Bayshore Windmill Village. Robbed 6 other families here. If you see them, call police. Brought old duct work to make it look like mine. Con artists and thieves.
