This company is now located in Bath, ME. The move has not improved their reputation. Terrible scheduler, awful service, disorganized, not trustworthy, over charged me an extra hour despite security camera proof the “cleaner” was only here for 2 hours. Does not return phone calls. Unwilling to negotiate fairly. And they don’t take out the trash?! WHY? If you hire this LESS than excellent company, you’ll regret it.
Do not hire them! I paid for a deep cleaning for my disabled brother and they accomplished nothing except the bath room. They failed to clean the requested inside windows, walls, refrigerator and shampoo the carpets. They did a basic cleaning and charged me $350 for seven hours. Their website lies advertising satisfaction guaranteed. I requested a refund or for another crew to come out and complete the deep cleaning. DO NOT HIRE! SCAM COMPANY! This “company” took payment from a MILITARY family to complete the cleaning of their housing as they have been reassigned and are moving rather quickly. They never showed and never completed the cleaning. This put the family out the deposit completely as they embarked on their trip. The loss totaled $2900 between the deposit and the money they paid this company. They stopped answering the phone for days and have since refused to refund their payment. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!
Didn't show up to do cleaning paid in advanced when we called said they showed up on another day that was not scheduled which they did not as no one was there and house was locked also they said the showed up on the 4th of july which is a holiday and we were not there to let a cleaner in paid 400 in advance and they are refusing to refund amount had to open an investigation through our bank and because we are military and this was a military move we lost money because we had to come back and clean the house they didn't clean... read more
