Like working on the processing central unfortunately had a disappointing experience at this company CCMS due to a lack of professionalism and clear communication. There appeared to be favoritism, and some team members were treated unfairly, which affected morale. Leadership often gave vague updates, and interactions with management were not always respectful. There's definitely room for improvement in creating a fair and transparent work culture
