John Ballantyne is Retired and this company is not in business anymore. Do not ship any items to them or will be forever gone. And dont expect any emails as there is nobody answering emails as they are out of business and no longer there. I wish they would take the website down it is confusing as it makes them look like they are still in business.
Mailed these guys my Viking grate and cap set for my range. Worth about $1000. They will not respond to emails and their box message box is full. I’m out $1000. Stay away from this business.
