When you are a summer resident you take a leap of faith in picking a company for your project, especially by your lakeshore. We knew that we wanted concrete steps that our dock would attach to, a metal railing, and some pavers. I really didn’t have a vision, but Custom Caretaking took our ideas and created one! Listen, you won’t find a better company than Custom Caretaking. It starts from the top and when you have an owner as good, kind and generous as he is, it shows in the staff that support this man and his business. We would use no one else. Top notch!
These guys are very efficient and if things aren't done to your liking, all you have to do is call them and they will fix it promptly and perfectly
We called Custom Caretaking to order 8 yards of topsoil and a few days later we stopped in and ordered an addtl 5. We were assured it was no problem. We'd be the first job of the day at 7:30am. We asked for a little more time since the person we hired wasn't arriving until later. We called that morning to double check at 10 and were told it would be noon.
