Fantastic tech also named Chris. They show up on time, do quality work, most importantly they use quality materials. Highly would recommend this company. Nicole I think is her name, in the office is a great communicator.

Nick and Austin showed up and we were not home. I allowed them access. They were cognizant of our cats. Got the job done and didn’t leave a mess! Scheduling with the office was a breeze.

Custom Care Construction contracted us to complete a job for them at Crane World Wide Logistics in Hebron, KY and told us they would pay net 30 days. I have called multiple times asking for the status of our payment and get told someone will call me back. I still haven't heard back. Update 4/22/2026 Multiple phone calls, emails and still no response. I have left multiple messages with customer service and not once have I received a return call.

Austin and Nick did a great job. They quickly identified and fixed a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very polite. The pricing was reasonable, and I’ll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing needs.
