Custom Care Construction contracted us to complete a job for them at Crane World Wide Logistics in Hebron, KY and told us they would pay net 30 days. I have called multiple times asking for the status of our payment and get told someone will call me back. I still haven't heard back. Update 4/22/2026 Multiple phone calls, emails and still no response. I have left multiple messages with customer service and not once have I received a return call.

Austin and Nick did a great job. They quickly identified and fixed a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very polite. The pricing was reasonable, and I’ll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing needs.

Five star review from us, for sure! There's no substitution for knowledge and experience, and Custom Care Group's technicians have both of those traits, in addition to being very friendly and personable! During a bathroom upgrade, we ran into a problem when the arm to the shower head broke off, leaving parts of the thread inside the wall. 😳 We thought we might have to open up the wall, but Montana not only figured out what needed to be done, he went above and beyond by making a special trip to get a particular tool he neede... read more
