Very unreliable, a lot of untrained properly; caregivers. I had $1500 damages to personal property (Vacuum cleaner, steam mop, cutlery, etc). And they tell a lot of lies to cover their tracks.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME OR NEAR YOUR LOVED ONES! They change dates and times previously arranged without telling you so you wonder why they haven't showed up, call and they said "we came and you weren't home" and tell you a completely different time. I was at home recovering from surgery and when I had someone in to help with abit of cleaning. The team have been so kind and caring at a very difficult and frustrating time for me. I so appreciate the help. Mattie my cleaner is lovely and does a great job and Helen the co- ordinator has checked in on how things are going along the way. I'm very happy and greatful for the support during my recovery.
