As a former employee of custom care nursing I highly recommend coordinators Rachel and Lisa who have been absolutely amazing to work with. As a mother of 3 children I was met with many challenges around school holidays and these two coordinators made the pressure around those times much easier to bare. They are empathetic, understanding and great assets to custom care nursing. Their job is to juggle many clients, employees aswell as managing the regions they coordinate. I Kyrah Halidone am also a client of custom care due to my acc co-ordinator getting them for me.. iv been a client to them for a few years now.. for about the first year with them. The workers were good but the cumstom care co ordinator lady back then was difficult to get hold of & also difficult to their workers regarding what times/days/duties & hrs they were required to do here for n with me in Foxton. My experience with Custom Care Nursing has been extremely frustrating. It took 3 weeks for them to come up with a regular schedule, and then the schedule changes every other day making it impossible for me to make plans. The workers are nice enough, and competent and caring, but the supervisor chops and changes shifts without notifying me.
