I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. Not only did my shirt came wrinkled and poorly pressed, but one of my shirts was actually damaged. When I brought up the issue, the lady at the counter was not only dismissive and unhelpful instead of trying to resolve the problem, she said it’s an old shirt. Fact is it was new Brooks Brother shirt that I bought few months back. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and customer service. I've been going here for a few years now and love it! My fav thing to do is to thrift clothes then bring them here to make them perfect for me and this location always succeeds in it!

They don’t answer their phone. I was calling to find out if they would press/ iron clean shirts. The place I used to take them to is under new ownership and they do this service.
