Went in a couple times to talk about buying stuff and was continually ignored when trying to book a time to have the talked about equipment installed. Ended up buying nice jl gear and a custom box from elsewhere.
Joel & Jason just completed an installation of a Redarc system with auxiliary LiFePo battery under the backseat of my Silverado with power ran into the bed for a Dometic fridge setup. Even though it wasn’t their typical type of job, they went above and beyond researching the specs, and making sure everything was done correctly. The finished product is absolutely amazing, super clean runs, and all easily accessible for servicing/maintenance. Could not have asked for a better result, or nicer guys. Can’t recommend them enough!
Terrible customer service, hassle to work with and installed a garbage product. Do not recommend.
