Excellent service!
Had cupboards placed 5 years ago; have had issues with the doors peeling with the thermofoil coating. Contractor fixed issues saying the heat source caused the peeling. Still peeling even not near any heat source. Can’t even put a toaster on the counter. Garbage quality and custom cabinets will not honour ant warranty.
Ordered Bottom Cabinet doors ony. They said they could.match the Stain colour and finish considering they were the ones who installed and supplied the cabinets 17 yrs ago. Also ordered a new counter top. They had 3 shots at the doors. No match so they refunded my Money on those. But The Join in the counter top swelled up immediately. They replaced it..and now both Joins are swelled up. Looks like garbage. And I.was told that it was water that made the counter top joins swell..so don't get your counter top dirty.. Custom cabinets installed my kitchen 4 years ago. Since then we have had multiple issues with cabinet doors falling off, handles breaking and drawers breaking off hardware. After calling three weeks ago looking for help, we have since had no communication from their end. Overall I would rate the quality of our kitchen as poor, and I would not recommend their business.
