He must not take pride in his work anymore. Not only are there side "back" splashes on the bathroom counter which my mom specifically didn't want, there is a hole I can stick my finger in between the wall and the counter where he tried to cover up the fact that he measured incorrectly. He was warned multiple times that he has to make sure he was correctly measuring the area because it wasn't square to which he replied that he was.
