Guy is the nicest and most honest person I have ever encountered when it comes to new construction or home repairs. I had such bad termite damage that my whole bathroom needed to be ripped out and rebuilt literally from the ground up. It gave me anxiety just thinking about it. He made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and kept me calm through the whole process. He let me know what would work for me and what wouldn't. He made sure the job was done right. What a great experience. Custom Built stepped in and was able to fix and repair a job incorrectly started by a handyman. Communication was excellent which to me is very important. Excellent! I highly recommend Custom Built. At the very least, do yourself a favor and while you are getting estimates call them as well. Their professionalism will be evident right away. Finally, the cost was right in line with all others. Five stars.
