Liars and Thieves. I can't understand how they can possibly stay in business. Unless, like me, most people don't read these reviews and trust they won't be taken.

Doesn't support our military! – Do not use Custom Built training! Horrible company! They do not support our local military and are very rude to work with. They will tell you anything just to get your money. I was told that I could cancel the contract with military orders because its not like we have a choice when the army decides to relocate you. DO NOT SIGN a contract with these folks !!! – A One Star rating is too good --- it should be a negative 10. Stay away from signing up on a Custom Built Personal Training Contract !!! The local trainers at my gym are great, but if there are any problems with your agreement or billing you will get absolutely no where, and the local folks have no power to help you. Beware CBPT unfair "fine print" Agreement – My wife and I are seniors, like to keep physical fit, are InShape Monterey charter members, and got a free assessment with Custom Built Personal Training Monterey, within InShape club. After the personal trainer explained us the program, he pressured us into purchasing a contract agreement.
