Turned away because he seemed in a bad/lazy mood over the phone, regardless of my specialized full-unit renovation needs. I literally don't know why he said he does work in Honolulu but then immediately refused to service me. I decided to give the guy a break and shared a lot of kind local options to improve his life (assuming he turned me away because he couldn't handle his current state of emotions) but still never heard back from him. I just moved from Lanikai and expect better from a kailua business. 😢

We just had our custom built entertainment center installed and we love it! We chose Chuck and his team based on reviews we read on his quality workmanship and responsiveness. We weren’t disappointed. Our project began with an initial draft we shared with Chuck who then detailed it in a computer drawing he did after coming out to measure our space. You have paid attention to every small detail and you have even created exactly the color I had in mind. The placement of the handles is perfect.
