Horrible customer service. They said they would be out to the following week to begin the work and never showed up. I tried to call and text and no reply.
We needed a patio screened in with an extended screen enclosure. James came out to give us an estimate, which was easily adjusted as we made additional requests (like a full-view screen and a doggie door). The job was begun promptly and finished in a week with daily progress. It looks beautiful and we absolutely love it!
Recently had a lanai installed by James and his crew. The professionalism was incredible. The price was reasonable and the entire job was completed in less than one day. You won't be disappointed if you hire this business!
In today's world, social media can be a wonderful vessel for information, but too many people use it for negative reasons. So I want to use it to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT and THANK YOU to Custom Built Aluminum and Screens, LLC!!! Our pool and outdoor kitchen was completed in 2021 and we love it! But after living with it for a few years, we realized we couldn't be out there and really enjoy it..... thanks to the flies, mosquitoes, tree frogs, and sand gnats!!!!
