To be quite honest, we bought this property in Saratoga within the last four years. We remodeled a duplex and needed a gas stove connected for heat. I called him three times and he collected my number and said he would call me back. I called him finally and left a voicemail basically asking that we wanted his help or his confirmation that he couldn’t do it.
