Getting our custom packaging for the first time ever felt very risky and uncertain for us. Why? Because all printing companies require full prepayment prior to production. Initially, we were concerned about our order after reading some negative Trustpilot reviews (where we also left a new review). Despite these concerns, our customer service representative, Kent, provided excellent support throughout the process. He was highly responsive, effectively coordinated artwork and mock-ups, and offered valuable design alternatives. I worked with Kate for several months and had a fantastic experience.
