I worked with Kate for several months and had a fantastic experience. Getting our custom packaging for the first time ever felt very risky and uncertain for us. Why? Because all printing companies require full prepayment prior to production. And very few of these companies, if any, have a demonstrable online reputation. I have contacted about 12-14 various companies and nothing in their responses made me feel at ease. I chose Custom Boxes Market based on their positive reviews and customization options, but the experience was unacceptable. After quality issues with the first production run, a reproduction was agreed upon, yet communication nearly disappeared. Deadlines slipped repeatedly with no updates or accountability.
