Very responsive and a quick turnaround time! The boxes looked great when they arrived and they even sent a video of them before shipping so we knew what to expect
This place is a scam. We've been working on custom boxes for 6 months now and the first sample we received did not fit our products. After sending products, all the way to Pakistan. They still sent us a sample that did not work for our products, somehow was even worse than before with the physical products. The rep Ian we were working with disappeared due to family issue and we were handed over to "Robin" who takes 14 days to get back to us after telling us multiple times we'll have an answer by Friday.
