Communication was poor. Each time I called, staff asked me to wait for John, who was rarely available. The agreed repair scope included fixing minor dents, but when I collected the car, I was told to return in a few days for those. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to call me back, months have passed without any update.
Best service and workmanship, highly recommend Custom Body Repairs. John and the team are easy and great to deal with.

Went to Custom for a Panel Beating Issue on sons front bumper. While I was there I spoke to John about an indicator that was playing up. He offered to have a look at it. Unfortunately it wasn't as straight forward as it should've been and took a lot longer than expected. He asked one of his guys to assist and it took them around 45 minutes to do as they needed to drop one end of front bumper and other components to access indicator.
