When you don't have the right tire needed. Just tell the customer you don't have it . Instead of trying to make a sale .they put the wrong size on. all my tires are 235. He puts on 245. I took tire back and got money back.
Their slow on business & multiple times I’ve had to come up to the shop to have my tire replaced because the guy says he has an tire “like brand new” if you don’t have a brand new tire with the correct size just say that it’s not hard & also they try and give you a used tire when asking for a brand new tire watch out for these guys … it’s simple never trust a jack leg tire auto shop the business is bad and they do auto work in Nike slides at that smh ….
I love this place, every one is easy going. I’ve had my car for 12 years plus and Mr.McCray always does good work. Never had a problem thus far, although they have moved .. so I’m sure this isn’t the location anymore.
