Up front about cost and what to expect. Professional.
Well I went to this shop as a referral that it's one of the best from several people including a high end paint shop. I left my car and after a week went in to get it. The whole quarter panel that was supposed to be fixed you could see ripples down and the dents were clearly still visible the bumper didn't even fit the car and if you pushed on it, it popped out in other places.
