Great service and the tri-toon we rented was absolutely gorgeous.
We had a wonderful trip on beautiful Lake George. Gary made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He is very professional and grand helpful. The pontoon boat we rented was very roomy and well equipped. It even had a sink and bar. It was equipped with a well maintained 150 hp engine. The price was very competitive and included a full tank of gas. We will definitely rent from Gary the next time we are back.
Extremely rude behavior stupid people. We just called and asked if you are open it says on your website. And he started saying no we are not open didn’t take any responsibility. They shouldn’t be keeping workers like this.
Highly recommend Custom Boat Tours for a lovely day out on the lake. We’ll be coming back for another trip soon.
We had a lovely time on the pontoon boat with Gary and Lisa. The two hour tour was the perfect way to enjoy the beauty of the lake - absolutely stunning. Lisa shared great information about the area, and both she and Gary were so kind and patient with our kids. They were also super flexible with our booking, which we really appreciated. They even offered to let the kids jump in the lake, which was such a fun option. We felt really taken care of and can’t wait to do another tour with them. Highly recommend!
