Terrible experience with this company and I’d suggest anyone who cares about their event to avoid them. I ordered 2 large boards for almost $400 to create a welcome sign and seating chart for my wedding. The initial correspondences were handled well. I got my proofs and revisions in a timely manner and I had requested expedited shipping since it was close to my wedding day. If I could give it zero stars I would. The end-product was very nice, however, if you'd like to be stressed out 2 days before the wedding, wondering if you would get your seating chart then this vendor would be right up your alley. We ordered our seating chart on July 1, expecting that we'd get our seating chart 2 weeks after. However, the vendor went MIA for a week, so I decided to call them. Avoid like the plague, by far the worst experience I've had for all the vendors involved with my wedding. Where do I start? The communication is poor, availability is only from 12-5 on weekdays (and even then they will not reply). I ordered my item on the 1st of July and made it a rush order so we'd be able to receive it the following week. We received our first mock draft 3 weeks later only 3 days before the wedding. Do not use this service. Unresponsive even with rush order & rush shipping only gave me a refund for partial order and kept the money for the shipping stay far away from this company.

This company is not trustworthy and communication is extremely poor. My wife rented a sign stand and an easel from them for our wedding. The items were in poor condition, but that's besides the point. We returned the items the day after our wedding and the workers there insisted that they didn't need to take our name for the return, despite us saying who we were and what we were returning.
