Zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable with the lack of communication. I reached out through multiple emails, phone call, and even directly through Instagram. No reply. Based on the recent reviews, seems like this seller cherry picks who they want to work with.
Very disappointed with this company. We ordered a sign/seating chart bundle for close to $500 on Aug 11. No one reached out to us until Aug 31 (a week before our wedding) to confirm they were actually working on it. We confirmed artwork but there was no further communication. We also didn’t receive notification that the sign was ready to pick up. They were unresponsive via email and their phone voicemail box was full. My experience with custom boards Toronto was amazing!! The customer service was excellent and the team was very patient and understanding. Delivery time was prompt and there were no unexpected delays. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I would not recommend, especially if you're looking to book for an event as significant as a wedding. I placed my order early in the year for my August wedding. Everything was going well prior to placing my order; however, when I tried to follow up on my design and the timeframe for receiving it, etc., I wasn't receiving any communication. I am so happy and grateful for the service that @customboards has provided for my event. They went above and beyond the industry standard to ensure great customer service and turnaround time. My wedding would have been completely in shambles without the team working day and night to fix my signs.
