Do not use this service. Unresponsive even with rush order & rush shipping only gave me a refund for partial order and kept the money for the shipping stay far away from this company.
This company is not trustworthy and communication is extremely poor. My wife rented a sign stand and an easel from them for our wedding. The items were in poor condition, but that's besides the point. We returned the items the day after our wedding and the workers there insisted that they didn't need to take our name for the return, despite us saying who we were and what we were returning. Guess these guys hate money, been trying to contact for multiple weeks to clarify some stuff before placing an order, and have received 0 response. My wedding is next month and I needed someone reliable and quick at responding especially because the design process hasn’t even started yet. Good thing I didn’t just go ahead and place the order on the website.
