I ordered a custom color coil. When it arrived the color was loaded backwards which caused the color to be on the inside of the coil instead of the outside. The coil was ultimately incompatible with my machine and custom bilt would not work with me to have a new coil shipped to me. I was given the option of sending the coil back and be given a credit or refund. I sent the coil back three months ago and as of this review have not been given a refund.
