Contacted Mark by phone first concerning my Chopper issues and he attempted to guide me over the phone to help to trouble shoot prior to bringing the bike in. The issue could not be resolved over the phone but the service he provided after was perfect. I Would highly recommend have your bike serviced at his shop.
I give Custom bike works 5 stars.Mark and Steve are striaght up,no b.s. They are one of the few bikes shops left that take pride in the workmanship that is performed in the shop.Mark will stop what he is doing to listen to any questions you may have.He will guide you in the right direction.Steve is very a well rounded tech.He may be working on a 45 vintage Harley on one lift and a 2011 street glide on the other.I highly recommed this shop to everyone who i talk to about a motorcycle.Keep up the good work!
