The tiles failed in the shower of a tenant's only bathroom. This was an older bathroom, and we knew we needed to retile and to replace the walls and ceiling, so it was a big job. I needed a fast turn-around, and Angela and Paul delivered! After we talked about it, I felt like they understood what level of "upgrade" I was looking for.
