I was trying to get a job done and the guy named Tony who claims to be the manager or whatever he is refuse to take my New York State sales tax exemption as we are not for profit. He asked me for a New Jersey one which I gladly will provide him with, and he wouldn’t take that either. I reported his business to the sales tax revenue office and advise other people who are not for profits to find another company to deal with as this company only looks to collect sales tax and pocket it even when it’s not allowed by law.
Very sweet people, needed a tire change on my trailer and the mechanic took like only 10 minutes. For the semis, you will need to back in from the street. I would suggest you look at the street view and you gotta back in where there is a big gate. I would suggest you to call them once you arrive here and they can send someone out to stop the traffic and assist you to back in. Easy back, only the traffic is the problem
I never leave reviews but had to do it to let everyone know how reasonable and honest these guys are. I own a small trucking company consisting of just 3 tractor trailers. My driver blew a trailer tire, limped it to this shop and he fixed it quickly and affordably and replaced the tire. Most places out here on the road use predatory pricing and business practices when they see a trucker needs help. Especially a long way from home. Not these guys!
