I would never recommend this place for a liner replacement. We had our liner replaced and found it was leaking they tried blaming the plumbing and wanted us to pay for leak detection to come out. Instead of paying even more I got in the pool and found the rip in the liner. They still wouldn't do anything saying that since it wasn't in a seam that we must have done it and they don't cover that even tho the only thing we had done was fill the pool. This team put in my pool. When I needed a pump after one year they charged me $1500. I recently found out from Hayward that the pumps warranty is three years. I should have not been charged this amount. It should have been done under warranty.
