Custom Awning received an Sunsetter Awning where the house had a fire. We bought the house and the Awning was refurbished. Doug & Jason did an incredible job and made everything correct like it was a new piece of equipment. I highly recommend this company if you looking into purchasing an Awning. Top notch service.
They are amazing to work with. Awnings are expensive, that is the reality but Doug is a consciousness man and super helpful. I called for an estimate for the repair on our business's existing awning. I was lucky that Doug picked up and he was able to come out and check the awning not even an hour after we got off the phone. There was a pricey fee for having them just come out and talk to us about options. However, that fee goes towards your awning if you decide to go through with the job.
