I was involved in an accident recently - the adjuster (Rock Adjustings) recommended Custom Automotive and I agreed. Brought my vehicle there - was looked after by the manager (Tony). Great guy - very personable and knowledgeable - had to wait on parts but that couldn't be helped - when parts arrived they organized a rental for me (Enterprise - great people there) - got my car back in a few days - repairs were perfect - car was spotlessly cleaned - it wasn't when I brought it in but was when I got it back - could be happier w... read more
I have been dealing with Custom Automotive for a very long time and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Their work is top notch and it truly is always service with a smile!!! The only issue I have ever had was with the tailgate of my truck and they took her back and rectified the issue very quickly. They provided a ride back to my house after drop off and also dropped the truck off to me later that afternoon when the repairs were completed.
