Mrs. Delightful! The only words to descirbe my experience at Custom Colors Body Shop. With the help of the informative and caring people at Custom, they were able to turn a bad experience of an accident into a painless process.
Outstanding!!! I needed repair and paint of rear bumper. I asked two dealers, my mechanic and a close friend who is an insurance adjuster. I received a couple of recommendations from each and all included Custom Automotive Colors in their list. Both the quality of the work and price were outstanding. Check them out. Will not uphold lifetime warranty!! Beware! They repainted my car in 2009. The Mgr at that time gave me my car back with numerous dimples, scuffs, scratches, lack of clear coat, paint that flaked off in 3 wks afterward. Aftr 5 attempts to get him to fix, I gave up frustrated. In 2013, found out he was fired for wrong-doings, so brought it to new Mgr to uphold lifetime warranty which he wouldn't write on my receipt, sayin it was verbal only. For ANY & ALL of your body & paint needs for your vehicle, let Custom Colors be your first and only CALL! Billy called me Friday & said everything was ordered & could get it done Monday. Dropped off my truck this morning at 7am & they had it finished in one day. Billy called me around lunch to give me a job update and timeframe on finishing. Very great work and looks brand new!!

I had recommended customers of mine to Custom Colors in the past when they were in need of body/paint work. But, in January of this year I was the one that was in need. I contacted Mr. Ian McKnight and told him my situation and to be expecting my Dodge Ram soon for repairs. I dropped my pickup off on Monday 1/21/19 having previously went over with Mr. McKnight the extras I wanted performed along with the body repairs needed.
