These guys are my heroes! My Ford Explorer suddenly died at 5:30 am on Murfreesboro Road within sight of this shop. I called them at 7:15 and within 5 minutes, two guys had come to help. They figured out it was my alternator, and hooked a charging box up to my battery and rather than waiting for it to charge, left it attached and drove the Explorer across the grass straight to their shop. They are not helpful, knowledgable, or even useful. And must be doing something shady because they refuse to start my car with a breathalyzer and camera in it. Everyone I've ever taken it to has had no problem starting it to work on it. Waste of half my day
Do NOT take your car here! Took 10 minutes to find the problem and gave a quote of over $800. Called around, and even the dealer was cheaper! Ended up at the Shell at Thompson Lane and would definitely recommend them - HALF the price, car runs great. Insult to injury, got a charge of $98 from Custom Auto & Repair for their "hour" of "diagnotic" that took 10 minutes! Rip off!
