Do not take your car here...the staff is unprofessional, and they lure you in to get you to bring your car there for repairs, and then fail to follow through with timelines requested by the adjuster. I called there to follow up on my car, and one gentleman got smart, rude and even went so far to hang up on me! I tried to call back and my call was never picked up even after trying to call for 1/2 hour straight. Please DO NOT take your care here!
