I've had 6 different family vehicles serviced @ Custom Auto with nothing but positive results. Today was the hottest day we've had since (1946) I didn't expect the car to be worked on & ready the same day I dropped it off Sure enough Bob calls at 4pm then says the cars ready. They stood on the arm rest on one of my seats on my pontoon boat while shrinkwrapping it and it collapsed. It was obvious as there were footprints all over the seats. They refused to take responsibility. In addition, when they shrinkwrap boats the go from the back of the boat over the outboard like a giant umbrella so that animals can easily get into the boat. While traveling from Maryland to East Hampton to visit family, we hit some road debris and needed a repair completed quickly. Bob the owner immediately stopped what he was doing and took care of my wife's car for us. The technicians were friendly and efficient as well. If I lived in East Hampton, this would be my go to repair shop. Unfortunately, we are 6 hours south. Go and see these guys for your automotive repairs. Thank you again for your help!!
